Train originates in Orchard Yard as needed

This train is intended to get cars out of Orchard yard if the Tower Operator feels the yard needs to be cleared. The Orchard yard crew builds the train, caboose and power are attached, and a crew eases the drag freight out of town westbound for the crew-change point at Stern. This train make no stops for drop-off or pick-up traffic, so it should only be made up of "long west" cars. The modeled WOH terminates in Portland staging.

WOH Procedures

• Couple caboose and power to train built by Orchard Yard job
• Obtain clearance for main
• Run West to Portland staging
• Go off duty
